Introducing the Electronic Offering Program for La Purísima Parish!

La Purísima now has the ability to accept electronic transfer funds for contributions. By participating in the "Living Gratefully / Giving Gratefully" program your gift is transferred automatically, even when you are out of town or cannot attend Mass. When you participate, your gift will be transferred conveniently each month from your checking or savings account, or credit card, directly to La Purísima!

There are several ways for you to get started:

• Use the form from the website, submit to the parish office
• Use the online "Donate" page for use with credit cards, only.
• Stop by the parish office and request a form. Over the counter credit card transactions can be made in the parish office for one-time transactions. (PSA donation, Rel Ed fees, donations and gifts. You will receive a printed receipt.
• Please contact the parish office, by phone, or e-mail at info@lapurisima.net, to request an authorization form.
• Many parishioners use their own online banking bill-pay service to make regular, recurring donations to the church and other charities.

WHAT IS EFT?

Have you ever given some thought of making your contributions to La Purísima Church by way of electronic giving?" There are several ways this can be done, all of which are easy and safe.

• From your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express):

We have made arrangements with Vanco Services to perform the electronic transfers from credit cards. We now have a "donate" page on our website: www.lapurisima.net - where you can self-register, or you can download the authorization form from our website and submit it by mail or deliver it to the office.

• EFT-From your checking or savings account:

We have had this feature for over a year now. Simply complete the La Purísima ACH (Automated Clearing House) form and submit it to the parish office. This form is available in our office, and from our website: www.lapurisima.net . Debits from your checking or savings accounts can be authorized by completing the authorization form.

• Electronic Bill Pay: Set up a recurring payment for a given amount using the "bill pay" feature of your bank's online service. L.P. will receive a paper check by mail on a regular basis from your bank. (Many parish families are already doing this) For those who already pay their bills online, just add La Purísima as one of your payees.

FAQ' S REGARDING MAKING ELECTRONIC CONTRIBUTIONS :

• Why would I want to give to the church electronically? Many people who give regularly find that EFT is a convenient option, especially when you are on vacation, away on business, or attend a different church from time to time. EFT also helps the parish count on consistent income for better financial planning.
• Is there a minimum amount that I have to give? No. There is no minimum. Giving monthly rather than weekly might be easier for some.
• How safe are electronic contributions? Actually, safer than writing a check. It can't get lost, stolen, or destroyed in the mail. All EFT transactions are governed by strict banking rules & guidelines.
• What do I need to do to get started? Download an EFT authorization form here. Indicate whether you want checking, savings, or the credit card authorization. If checking, please attach a void check, mail or bring it back to the parish office. It takes about 2 weeks to process. Click DONATE NOW and self-register (for credit cards only).
